For Regular Users:
Go to the Quarantine Portal
Visit security.microsoft.com/quarantine.
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
Find the Quarantined Email
Use filters to search by sender, subject, or date.
You can also sort by quarantine reason (e.g., spam, phishing, malware).
Review the Message
Click the email to preview its content.
Check headers and attachments if needed.
Release the Email
Click “Release message” to deliver it to your inbox.
Optionally, click “Report as false positive” to help Microsoft improve filtering.
Allow Future Emails (Optional)
You can add the sender to your Safe Senders list in Outlook or Exchange settings.
